I'm 8 months old today!!

Today is January 4, 2009, and I am 8 months old! How time flies! Here I am in my birthday suit (well, almost). This morning I got weighed and measured. I am 21 lbs and 27.5 inches. I checked my records, and I put on 3 lbs since last month. :)

How did you ring in the new year? I rang in the new year with a good soak in the tub! My first bath of the year was a good one! I am squeaky clean and ready for 2009!

Papa!!!

My papa thinks I'm somthin'! He makes crazy animal noises, kisses my chubby cheeks, and squeezes me to make me laugh. Just like Grandpa Koch, my papa doesn't stand a chance either!

This is new...

Mommy, Daddy and I went grocery shopping the other night when we realized we forget the stroller. Thus, we embarked on a new adventure... the grocery cart! It was kind of cold and really hard, but looking at all the stuff on the shelves made me forget all about that. Daddy strapped me in so I couldn't wobble around. It actually worked out okay.

Christmas day was filled with fun. After we opened presents at home, Mommy, Daddy and I flew out to Denver to visit my new cousins Ella (left) and Lily (right). Here we are with Grandpa Koch. He is totally outnumbered... he doesn't stand a chance!

Christmas is awesome! Cups, cups, cups! I LOVE CUPS!

Wow! My first Christmas was so great! I got lots of stuff from Mommy and Daddy AND Santa (I met him at a couple of parties; he seems pretty cool). Here I am with my new Olivia book. Olivia wears her mommy out just like I do to mine! After we opened up presents at my house we went over to Nana and Papa's house for more fun stuff.
